This project was the
first phase of a 6-building master plan. The one-story facility
holds up to 120 customer service representatives and has a training
facility for 20 employees.
The Call Center services
all incoming calls from enrollees to Kaiser Permanente in the Northeast
Ohio Region, including nurse-on-call service, doctor appointments
and healthcare advice.
The conference center/training
facility provides state-of-the-art technologies including video
conferencing and instruction.
