Projects: The Lorain Surgery Center

			This center was developed using a prototypical plan provided by the client. The design was able to incorporate the client's regional needs while keeping the original area footprint and target budget. The exterior treatment of this center introduced a new image and style to the client with unique colors defining and breaking up forms and functions. The center has three OR's and one urology suite, endoscopy, and semi-private patient rooms.
	Unique features include a covered well-lit drop off canopy for visitors and patients with a separate removed discharge covered pick-up canopy, high-end warm cozy semi-private patient rooms, and full-service staff lounge with access to a semi-private screened-in solarium / porch.
